Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Always Free to Learn and Test

Enrolling in any domain curriculum, accessing tasks, submitting repositories, receiving rubric reviews, and accessing initial career wallet credits is completely free of charge. You incur no fees unless you explicitly choose to purchase an optional certificate after finishing all required tasks.

2. Certificate Refunds

If you purchase a certificate and experience a technical failure preventing credential delivery, or request cancellation before the credential has been issued to the public ledger, you are entitled to a full 100% refund upon opening a support ticket within 7 calendar days of purchase.

3. Post-Issuance Non-Refundability

Once an official verified credential has been published and anchored in the public verification ledger, or an instant rewrite date has been executed with explicit student consent, the credential pack is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days in accordance with payment gateway standards.
